HIPAA Notice

Optimus Billing Solutions LLC provides billing and related services to healthcare providers. In that work we act as a business associate under HIPAA, and we handle protected health information (PHI) only on behalf of our clients.

Our approach

  • We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every practice before we access PHI.
  • We use PHI only to perform the services our clients ask for.
  • Access is limited to the staff who need it, and staff are trained on privacy and security.
  • Our security practices are built to HIPAA, SOC 2 and HITRUST standards.

This website

This website is not designed to receive PHI. Please do not include patient names, dates of service, claim numbers or other patient details in any form or email you send us through it.
